The Cadzow/Hamilton herd of Park Cattle has been variously horned and polled through its long history in Scotland - and dates back to medieval times, well establishing the kinship of polled and horned white cattle that occupied various enclosed Parks in centuries gone by - and called by various names such as Park Cattle, Wild White Cattle, White Forest Cattle, and more recently tagged in the mid 20th century by breeders in the UK - White Park Cattle.

This picture was taken on November 20, 2011 at feeding time. All cows in the picture are sired by our Doc herd bull. Worst drought in our history but after weaning calves most of the cows are beginning to look a little better.

This picture of our Colonel Jr bull is being posted on 11/19/11 but it was taken in summer of 2011. Colonel Jr is an Embryo Transfer calf that was born 2/12/10. Even as a baby calf we thought he looked like a herd bull prospect and as you can see in this picture he is still developing into a nice bull.

A nice group of 12 W.W. Doc daughters. The oldest one in the group is only 4 years old, most have had one calf raising it this year during our drought and a few yearling heifers. This picture was taken in late October 2011 after the worst drought in Texas History.
I am really proud of this group and especially how well they look after such a bad year. In addition to the pasture their current ration is 4 pounds of range cubes per day.
W.W. Doc semen is available for USA and export from ChampionGenetics.com
